My dear friend, Malisha Hodges(maiden name Roark) has gone through a tough time over the last few months...She was first diagnosed with cancer in July of 2007...She had surgery performed and was hoping that it cleared everything up...just to find a few months later that it had spread to her lymph nodes, etc...She had more surgery and was going through chemotherapy and radiation everyday for weeks...They have done a cat scan and she is NOT doing well. They have sent her home from finishing the chemotherapy and radiation.....so basically TERRIBLE NEWS for her and her family....She has 2 precious little boys and is married and comes from a great family.They are such a sweet family..I remember moving to Kentucky and them making me feel so welcome...they've always treated me like family since I've known them.....Malisha is such a great person and such a nurturing and loving mother ...so beautiful and she's so young..All she really wants to do right now is try to live life to it's fullest and take her two little boys to Disney World.....Several people along with some of my friends and family have pulled together to help grant her wish of taking her and her family to Disney...Several people have been so giving and I KNOW that this family appreciates everything that is done for the,...they are not the type of family to ask for anything!!!...If there's anyway or anyhow you could help this family it would be greatly appreciated!!
