I really need to go sleep for a couple of hours before it's time to get up in 2 hours...Goodnight/morning to all...pray that I will make it through a day of shopping after no sleep!!!!

It's too late for this but......

I am so exhausted (well, it is 5am)and yet I feel like I need to blog...I've been neglecting the blog a lot lately due to high volume of orders, sessions, etc....Christmas is here and I'M NOT READY...Well, on the business side, I have gotten all of the orders almost in...it's all ordered, but personal...WHEW!! Long way to go...still have to shop some (with my mamaw today), wrap a lot of gifts, make fudge and candy with the kiddos, watch Christmas movies, and so much more...get orders in sort, then in the midst you all know that I have a 9 month old too, so if anyone feels the need to be my Christmas "elf" and come help wrap, make fudge, hold the baby, or ANYTHING, please let me know...I am willing to pay something..or fotos!!!! now that's motivation right there...Okay I'm really probably going nuts, cause I've been up for almost 24 hours, but really, if anyone reading this wants to come help, give me a call!!! Thanks! and btw, I found a few cute fotos of my kids that I had never gotten to...also a cute one of my kids and my dad with their snowman they built last week...I hope everyone is enjoying this holiday season!! CHRISTMAS TIME IS HERE!!!

FOR REAL it is around the corner....I've been getting everyone's last minute orders and cards in everyday!! How exciting!! The cards turned out so beautiful this year...I'm so proud of them and I'm so thankful to have such beautiful clients to be able to give me this great opportunity....I've worked nonstop for about 2 months, but I was looking through all of my cards that I created and I was thinking...this is rewarding when these come in and you see them face to face...I have fun creating these...They are fun and so custom for each family...I'm still getting more in...I actually got to take a few snapshots of MY kids in the snow today and got a card made with all three of them in it...It's a miracle!!! I need to update this blog..it's been a while, but I haven't had time to stop... I've got to get done this week so I can have Christmas.....I have so much to do for that too...Make fudge with the kids, wrap, clean clean clean the house...maybe... last minute things ya know??? Well, please call or email if you need any more cards or more prints for last minute for Christmas gifts.....This week will be the last chance to order before the holiday is here...Thanks so much to everyone and I hope you and your family have a great Christmas!!!!

Welcome.....Miss Brooklyn Kaye

so I'm typing with one hand...Aubrey in the other (my baby girl) BUT I had to share cause I promised and I'm so excited!!! I got to be a part of this sweet baby girl's entrance to the world...Sammie D and Jacklyn had their baby yesterday and wanted me to come and take fotos of the baby...Well, I explained to them how I was a big part of my friend's birth of her baby, and if they felt comfortable I'd be in there to take the first shots of the first few moments...So I was there just in time and I actually got to go in to cover the c section!!! It was the neatest thing I've ever done I do believe!! I feel honored to have been such a part of this...Miss Brooklyn Kaye was born at 5:00pm yesterday November 29th...She weighed 9lb 2 oz. and was 21+ inches long...She had a great head of hair that resembled her grandpa Mack...he was quite proud...So was Nonnie, Ninee and Popi (hope I got those right)..Mommy and Daddy did great and I'm sure they will make great parents as sweet as they both are!!! I hope you all enjoy seeing these first few moments...she is so beautiful guys!!! Congratulations!!!..more to come later luv you all!!

UPDATE TIME....It's getting busier....I have had several sessions in the past week....I'm trying to stay on top of things as we enter the last 30 days before Christmas!!! :) Is everyone ready???? Well, for those of you whom are still waiting to view your fotos, I'm trying to get everyone online this week that has had a session in the past few weeks.......I hope to before Thanksgiving.....call me if you would like to come by to choose your fotos....I know lots of you want cards, and I need to order those ASAP, so if your fotos are online, please give me your orders ASAP....My cutoff will be December 15th to order in time for Christmas!!! Please do it as early as possible..less stress for you and me.... I think that fotos make great Christmas gifts and then you don't have to shop so much!! Everyone loves getting fotos for Christmas!! Okay, so here are a few of the sessions I've done over the last week or so....I truly feel blessed to be a part of all of my clients lives and hope to watch all of these kiddos grow up!!!

BABY HUNTER IS HERE!!!!

WE waited and waited and waited...Me and Jessica got to the hospital around 10am yesterday thinking baby Hunter would probably be here before 2 or so, but we waited until he finally came at 8:30pm last night....He was worth the wait...I have to say this was a precious experience for me..I was with Mom and sister and grandma as baby Hunter was born and started to cry..I cried with all of them....I have never got to snap fotos of a newborn this new....They let me in the room as soon as he was born...literally...The doctor still had him in hand.....It was so sweet!!! I've had three kids and it's the best thing ever, but you are so out of it that you don't get to see those first few moments that the nurse is wiping it down etc....I will forever be touched to have been a part of Miranda and Glendon's first child's birth...I watched these two get married and now got to be a part of this..so sweet....I got to go into the nursery as well and take shots of the bath...He is such a blessing guys!! I'll be to visit him again very soon!! I hope you enjoy every moment of these new beginnings. Love you all!

Here is just a couple of shots from their wedding...What a sweet and precious couple to me....I've known Mark since he was about 10 or 12 i guess and he's grown into a great man!!And Rachel is such a sweetie..They are a great match!! You all were both looking good for your day!!

My Cute Doggie, Magic

We've had my girl Weimeraner, Magic for about 2 years now....She's the sweetest pup ever...she DOES bark when people come over, but she wouldn't ever hurt anyone......well, except for rabbits and squirrels...if she can catch them...It's a natural instinct for her I guess (gross)But she's great with the kids and sometimes she acts like she's human....I was shooting a session the other night and when I got done, she just was begging to come inside so I brought her in to snap a few..She almost fell asleep while I was shooting cause it was so cozy and warm I guess (she stays out in the garage) Isn't she pretty???

I went to my good friend Amy Root's store for her open house on Thursday...The girls were all dressed so cute, so I had to snap this shot of them...Simply Irresistible has a great variety of gifts,purses, trendy clothing, baby items, and great jewelry including awesome earrings that I wear everyday!! Their staff is always very friendly and helpful!! If you haven't been to Simply Irresistible lately, you should stop by..She always has sales and most of her jewelry is 20% off....I LOVE IT!!!!!

PREVIEW TIME

Okay, so I am trying to stay on top of things!!! It's that time of year again...CHRISTMAS!!!! I've been working constantly to try and keep getting fotos online but also do sessions...and take care of my 3 kids..WHEW!!!...Please bare with me....I'm trying to hire someone to help me with the kids and personal stuff until the end of the year, so I can stay on track...I don't like making people wait for more than a week or two but it's been so busy that it's taking about 2-3 weeks....I've worked all weekend so far to try and play catch up...In the meantime, if you have any questions or anything, please feel free to call me!
