Daily Update

Well, the first day of training went pretty good today at the office. Back to work for a while in addition to my photography business :) For those of you who are clients, I promise I will try to keep up with everyone and try to stick with the 2-3 weeks on proofing... I actually had a really fun session this evening with four lovely ladies! We had so much fun!!! Girls, I just took a peek at a few from tonight, cause i gotta get myself into bed, but here's a little sneak peek!!! Hope you enjoy! Hope everyone has a great Tuesday!!!

Did everyone have a great weekend??? Well, I have a little change of pace this week..I'm working with my mother's company, Star Robbins and Company, for a training to get ready for an upcoming enrollment...Getting ready to leave town soon to help with their fall enrollment, so I will be limiting my sessions to mostly weekends, so get your Saturday booked soon! They will get taken up fast...I have been picking up stuff for my Holiday theme, so I'll let everyone know what it is going to be very soon! Hope you have a wonderful week!!!

Baker Family

Today has been another puny day for the prego lady (me), but I did have a session today..The sweetest little baby Blaine and his mommy and daddy...aren't they precious??? Had to share a few...Seeing such a little one made me realize all this sickness is worth it in the end result!!! I know I need to STOP WHINING!!!!!

Family Session

Today I did an outdoor FAMILY session...Whoa, was it a scorcher out today!! hot! hot!hot! These kids are the cutest and so is their mama and they cooperated so well as we tried to find as much shade as possible on such a sunny day..What a beautiful family!!! Had to share one....anyone have remedies for morning sickness???I can't be rid of it..Maybe a few more weeks, but if any one has any remedies besides peppermint, crackers, pop, gingerale, preggo pop drops, or finigrin, please let me know..I'm ready to feel like myself again!!! Enough whining, huh? Hope everyone has a great FRIDAY!!!!

TODAY'S EVENT

I'm so excited to announce I got a NEW camera today!!! I went all the way to the big city (Lexington) to buy it!!! I also have been shopping for my Christmas ideas for special Holiday sessions!!!! Can you believe the holidays are just around the corner??? Only 4 months away!!!! 123 days to be exact...It'll be here before we know it...There are several places that have their Holiday stuff out..It gets me all excited!!!! LAURA'S DOG RETREAT

I had the honor today of photographing one of "London's BEST OF THE BEST." Laura's Dog Retreat won for "Best Kennel." Congratulations Laura and the rest of the Bales family!

LAUREL COUNTY HOMECOMING !!!!

There's a ton of fun going on at the Laurel County homecoming this week!!! Bring yourself and family out to join us for food, fun, and more!!! We are still taking applications for the Oldies Costume contest at my booth (fotobybrandy) and BRMC's booth until 8:30 pm Friday night. Come dress up and get your foto by the oldies cars!!! The homecoming crew is providing FREE trolley rides through the park with tour guides to tell facts about Laurel county. FREE FACE PAINTING is set up for the KIDS, Smith's Events has inflatables that are FREE for everyone. I'm trying not to leave anything out... the MIX 96 talent show is FRIDAY night FOLLOWING THE LAUREL COUNTY HOMECOMING PARADE!!! Then, on Saturday, there will be a pet parade on Saturday morning @10am, vendors will still be set up for fun and food ALL DAY and the pageant will be Saturday night!!!Come on out and join the fun!!! LAUREL COUNTY HOMECOMING!!!!!

ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!! I will have a booth set up at the Laurel County Homecoming!! Come by and see me. There will be lots of different things going on up there this weekend...Thursday night there will be an AWESOME BAND up there (ampitheatre)that the homecoming committee has hired to come entertain, then Friday night will be the parade @ 6pm in downtown and then following will be the Mix 96 talent show @ 7:30pm in the ampitheatre at the park. Of course the flea market will be set up Wednesday thru Sunday,and Saturday night will be the pageant. There is a costume contest that BRMC is sponsoring up there all weekend long and I'm doing the fotos, but if you'd like any type of fotos done while I'm up there I will try to accomidate you or we can schedule another time for sessions. I'm sure there will be lots of fun to have up there at the Laurel County Homecoming. I believe there will be inflatables and fun stuff for the kids. Come by and see me!!!!

HAPPY WEEKEND!

Happy weekend to all! I actually got to spend a little time with some family this afternoon swimming and then I had an evening session with the Hacker family..What a sweet family to work with. And I love their little guy's name, Branston. What a sweet boys name. Thought I'd share one before I crash out...This baby in me belly is taking over my body already :) ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ LOL But, hey, it'll all be worth it...Meghan and Adam, you all are a beautiful family!!

I'm so proud of my little boy today...He usually doesn't admire getting his picture taken, but today he was my little helper ..I needed to move some stuff around in my studio and was testing my lights..Isn't he sweet???

SMITHS

I helped cover an event with Smith's Catering and EVENTS and I want to mention what a great job they do for any type of event!! They are a fabulous place to arrange and manage your special event...They can MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE!!!! I had to share a foto of some flowers that Lisa Smith arranged..I thought these were beautiful and THEY were artificial!!! How awesome and real looking are these beautiful flowers?????? Great job Lisa!!!!

NEW BEGINNING

I just got home from dinner and it's almost midnight!!!! I did 3 sessions today and I'm wore out, but I had a ton of fun shooting some beautiful people today!!!I had the honor of doing a very sweet couple ..They were so cute together and so much fun to work with!! I thought I'd share a foto that I skimmed through tonight...Congratulations, Josh and Beverly, on one year!! You all are so sweet and I was honored to foto your special moments!!! Look at my little golfer....his Daddy took him to the driving range for the first time in NC and I caught a few shots of my baby boy ...He stopped and looked for that one...I'll be posting more soon...It's 2am and I've got a session early this morning...and why am I up???
